In addition to the possibility of receiving a peer-reviewed honor in the Customer Service Department of the Year categories, all nominated customer service departments that are chosen as Winners are included in voting for the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Customer Service. Online voting in 2026 will open to the public worldwide from January 30 through February 20. Winners in these categories will be provided with tools to help them encourage their fans, followers and customers to vote for them. The nominee with the most votes (100 votes minimum) in each category will receive a crystal People's Choice Stevie Award.
