♦ Purchase Tickets Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website. Tickets are $645 each, or $6,350 for a table for 10 persons. Prices will rise on February 19 to $695 per or $6,850 for a table for 10, so order your tickets early! Last day for ticket sales: March 2.
♦ Reserve a Sponsored Table for 10 Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website. Sponsored table includes 10 tickets, branding of your table, branding in presentations, optional tabletop display during the cocktail reception, your logo on red-carpet signage so that it appears in all red-carpet photographs and video interviews, a full-page ad in the program book, and the right to speak for up to 60 seconds on stage (rather than the standard 30 seconds). Cost of a sponsored table is $7,500. Last day to reserve a sponsored table: February 17.
♦ Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel, setting for the March 5 event. Set in the heart of exciting Times Square, the hotel is at the epicenter of New York's glamorous entertainment industry. The discounted rate will expire at 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, February 24, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.
♦ Reserve a Full-Page Ad in the Awards Dinner Program Book. The program will be distributed to the 350+ attendees of the event, plus an additional 15,000+ readers over the next year as a PDF download from the awards website. Cost: $700. Reservation Deadline: February 17.
♦ Distribute Literature About Your Organization to Awards Banquet Attendees: You may provide a flyer or small brochure to be distributed on all of the seats at the awards gala. Cost: $400. Reservation Deadline: February 17.
