Her journey as a change agent began in earnest in 2020 when she joined the Kaizen team of IBM's Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Organization for APAC & Japan. Since then, she has led and contributed to 99 transformation initiatives yielding an extraordinary 361,548 productivity hours for sales support organization.

Since 2023 to date, she managed 90 initiatives yielding to 329,159 productivity hours.

Ann's hallmark achievement is the Billing Autobot, a groundbreaking solution that streamlined the complex reconciliation and billing assembly process with 100% accuracy. This innovation not only reduced turnaround times for high-revenue billings but also accelerated the collection of bonus accounts receivable, directly improving cash flow and earning recognition and appreciation from various stakeholders.

Beyond intelligent automation, Ann has deployed three award-winning applications addressing critical challenges in billing, financial management, and sales performance metrics. These platforms have collectively saved 30,697 productivity hours and earned international recognition.
