Bonnie led her team to create the quality review program and provided additional training to the Voya India employees to help increase the quality of the responses and taught them how to tailor responses more appropriately.

She led her team to revitalize the entire client onboarding process for our Mid Market. This included, updating client contracts, customizing templates for pricing only/benchmarking requests and expanding roles and responsibilities between sales support, sales, onboarding and relationship management.

She led the initiative for the Business Development to utilize [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] opportunities that they will follow when something falls within their territories. This will ensure clarity and consistency in handling these opportunities.

She worked with internal and external counsel on creating an affirmative action plan for the organization this year. This allows us to be more competitive in the marketplace to drive more opportunities to gain revenue for the organization

She implemented a new briefing document that is used to gain more information at the beginning of the process to ensure the teams are fully aware of what products and services are adopted today and what opportunities for increased revenue growth we can pitch in the future.
